For the first time in quite some time, I felt like I was going to throw up during the final five presses. Must be a good workout, eh? YUCK!
Also, about once every three workouts I get asked, “What sport are you training for?” To which I want to reply, “life!” but usually reply, “Nothing, just staying fit.” And then they inevitably ask what sport I played in college.
