As we transition to a new year, this nugget from a yoga class in April (!!!) feels particularly apropos.
I get really caught up in the next life pose—the next step, achievement, or thing to do. But I’m working on showing myself loving kindness in transitions, as they’re as much a part of the practice as any pose.
