In Quarantine 2020:
I train with cinder blocks using Power Athlete’s Third Monkey programming.
I yoga with: King Yoga, MJ Travers, Nicole Windle, and here’s my post on it. BFree launched a digital studio but I haven’t tried it yet.
I am learning to dance with Keaira Lashae and Ryan Heffington, among others.
I am upping my cardio game with Peloton.
I fix myself with Smashwerx.
In Austin:
I train following Power Athlete methodology at Hyde Park Gym (which is one of my favorite places I’ve ever worked out) 2-4 days a week. I have not revisited CrossFit.
I yoga 3-4 times a week at BFree, though I still hop around a bit.
I climb and yoga (vin/yin) at least once a week at Austin Bouldering Project.
I haven’t gotten back into the sports scene much yet, but have played a volleyball league with 512 Beach and MadHatter tournaments with ATX Sports & Adventures.
In Orange County:
I work out at the 12 gym 2-4 days a week.
I yoga 3-4 times a week at Ekam Yoga.
Sports + fun: Flag football on the beach once a week; doubles beach volleyball 1-2x a week; basketball; biking everywhere; long walks with the pup while talking on the phone.
