0 sugar. Napa grapes. 4 bottles good for 6 weeks.
Remind me why I paused my subscription?!
Oh, because having an open box of wine in my fridge is a leeeetle dangerous. But! Also really convenient and really fun for parties, pool hangs, random stop-bys, and … everything, really.
Launched during the pandemic (good timing maybe), Boxt is Austin-based, female-founded, Napa-graped boxed wine that’s elevated and clean (as far as wine goes anyway). I mentioned them in Checklist 50 & 53, then never wrote the review I promised. Nonetheless, their boxes are labeled by flavor profile rather than grape (which can be annoying when you’re trying to learn grapes tbh but helpful otherwise), and there are 8 varieties. All truly delicious.
But I’m mentioning them here again today because they’re doing something wild in these inflationary times: dropping prices from $74 to $64 a box! And if you subscribe, it’s just $54/boxt. I love the ethos: we’re trying to make wine accessible, so let’s continue to do so. It’s the opposite of when Cards Against Humanity raised their prices for Black Friday, which I found genius.
Anyway, the point here is that aside from being awesome marketing, it means using my promo code, you can get a box—4 bottles—for $44!

ALSO! I love their community events, pairing fitness, wellness, and food with wine. This Friday (7/29), they’re doing an 8-course bites happy hour from 6:30-8pm with Wu Chow at the Boxt HQ, and tix are only $45! Snag ’em here.
