I haven’t written in 8 days. In those 8 days, I have barely managed to workout. Or do my burpees.
For work and fun, I read somewhere in the neighborhood of 300 blogs a day–via skimming on my RSS feeds. You know my life has gotten overwhelming when I haven’t read my RSS feeds in enough days to make the task look utterly daunting. As my stress level ups, my priorities also seem to be shifting … whereas working out was just for fun, now I need it to release stress. It’s an interesting shift, one that I will explore further in the future.
