Tuesday was a great day. Last weekend was great. Moving the trip I had planned for this week to next week was great plan. This week was great.
MY week was great. Lots of things happened in the world to make me frustrated with our government, country, and society (as defined by social mores). I am not ignoring them but don’t need or want to address them here.
I am grateful, still, to be American. There isn’t a better place to pursue life, liberty, and happiness. My community, near and far, is open-minded, open-hearted, and supportive.
I am grateful for:
- (old lady) puppy snuggles
- Nali’s health—someone didn’t believe me yesterday that she’s 14!
- New tattoo scheduled
- Bromance visits
- Lazy couch days
- To-go margaritas + Hyde Park street strolls
- Patio crawlin’
- BFree yoga
- Recording the pod
- Hula Hut
- A January sleigh
- Deep Eddy Cabaret
- Driveway workouts
- Super Bowl plans!!
- My therapist
- DM slides (even if unsuccessful)
- Family photos
- My next-door-neighbor-sister
- Weird covid front yard birthday drivebys
- BUSY work week
Such a great weekend + week that no photos were taken… here’s hoping this weekend is just as fun, restful, and great!
