1. That I went running last night around Town Lake, literally ran into a friend, walked a ways with him, and still finished 3 miles in under 24 minutes. In Converse (hello blisters). I love that Austin is a huge town, but so small.
2. Function > Looks with this list:
- 16 strict pull-ups > 16 inch biceps
- 3 min plank hold > 100 situps
- 1 arm chin-up > 250 lbs bench press
- 6 min mile > 6 mile run
3. That I can hardly get up at 8:30am in Aspen, but I rolled out of bed at 7am in Austin just to fit in yoga. I didn’t even like the class I went to (I won’t say where) but yoga is yoga and feels great.
