Look how fast I am going!!
I’ve already skiied 3 days since last Thursday, and I plan on a weekend of skiing too. Wahoo!
As for workouts, I’ve been in the gym but trying not to do anything explosive that would put too much pressure on the ankle … no small task for a CrossFitter! But I’ve managed to eke out some great workouts and work a lot on building my shoulder strength, which is where I need the most improvement anyway.
Did I tell you, interwebs, that goofing off in Vermont one day I benched 135#? It was after I had worked out in the high school gym and shown up some hs boys, and I was goofing off with That Ripped Guy of Mine(TM) and all the sudden just pushed up 135 pounds! I keep asking him if he helped me, and he keeps swearing no. WOW! The last time I benched I maxed (in a 5-1 series) at 125!
