I’ve said this before: the person who says “oh this is so much fun!” is always perceived as the person having the most fun. Wednesday night I observed this phenomenon again with an eclectic group of incredibly successful women eating delicious food at Rose Mary Chicago, sharing Croatian wine, and lifting each other up. It was so much fun.
I’m grateful to be invited to this amazingly inspirational conference for the portfolio companies of the PE firm that backs the company I work for, and exceptionally grateful for the network of powerful women I connected into there, organically. It was awesome.
I’m grateful for my family, who ordered salad for me even when I told them I was too tired to people (I was, but I went over for an hour anyway)
I’m grateful my handsome helpful humanitarian warrior is on terminal leave!! We’re almost there 🙂
I’m grateful to get to plan our upcoming wine tasting trip – could not be more excited for a couple weeks in the Oregon outdoors.
I’m grateful for Bob, the snuggly, crazy, barky, huggable, pup who has filled my days with so much joy, and I miss so immensely when I’m away.
