Just a pure and simple gratitude list, because that’s what we all need right now.
- Pink Salt canned rosé in so many ways… a Friday afternoon, a river float, a possibility…
- First Guadalupe River float of the summer. Perfect weather, cold river, cannypack, what a day!
- My body is inherently good and powerful and for that I am thankful.
- Yard work. You thought I was done? Never!
- Impromptu hangouts with my bro. Living next door is the best.
- The last week of Third Monkey workouts and my shoulders/back are super duper sore—in the good way!
- Bromance… “I love talking to intelligent people.”
- Overnight camping and I managed to spend 3+ hours laying in a hammock in the woods. Heart is happy.
- And off I go for more adventures… I can’t wait!
*let’s not downplay how stressful this week has been, in a micro and macro sense, but instead focus on what made me feel good (friday).
