This week has been insane, incredible, intense. Emotional to say the least. And as I turned to my yoga—where I completely lost my shit on the mat one day which I suppose is as good a place as any to lose your mind because you walk back out with it mostly restored—and healthy eating and painting and all the coping mechanisms I know, I ignored the most obvious, the easiest, the answer to anything: SLEEP.
Duh.
Last night, I finally slept 8 hours. And today was a whole new day. A whole new me. Challenges seem fun. Intensity seems manageable. I can publish a gratitude list on time. I can do anything!
Also, Nali. Dogs are the best.
