Despite my misgivings about HSPUs, rowing, and double unders, it should be a great weekend with awesome WODs … I’m worried about the HSPUs because, well, I can’t do them. Hopefully I can learn how by, um, tomorrow. Awesome. And rowing is just boring, but doable. Double unders I can do, just not very many in a row, which makes them take A LONG TIME.
Alas, all I can do is attempt, and attempt I will.
