Well, full-length for someone shorter than me. I have super long legs for my size and height, and the pants were too short on me (I need a 34-inch inseam, which Fila doesn’t make yet). I didn’t like how the Fila Toning and Resistance Pants looked at all–I think the ergonomic lines designed to make you look a size smaller hit me in all the wrong spots since I’m so long-legged, and I thought I looked even bigger than normal. Not what you’re going for.
However, other than the sizing issue, I really enjoyed these pants. They promise:

- Breathability and moisture management fabrications guarantee that you will always look dry and stay cool.
The standout factor for me was the reduction of post-workout soreness. They really deliver a noticeably reduction in soreness. I tried the pants during a variety of athletic endeavors: in yoga, weightlifting, and a day of sprint work. The soreness reduction was most noticeable after yoga, when my hamstrings are normally very sore.
The Fila Toning and Resistance Pants are also super comfy, and very thick. I was worried the thickness would make me too hot while working out, but they were great–and they kept me warm when it was cold outside.
I refused to take a pic of myself in these because I really didn’t feel like they fit me. However, I’d buy a pair of the capris or tights with the hopes that they fit my long legs better!
