Reunited and it feels so good!

I finally finally finally went to the gym in Aspen again! I love that place. It’s like home (Bleeker Street Gym).

Warmup: 400M run (distance from new apt to gym!!!), 500M row, Burgener

Quickie workout:
21-15-9
135# deadlifts
double unders
situps

Strength: 5 reps each, 65# bar: press, OH squat, back squat x 3, rest 1 minute between

And done! In and out in under 45 minutes 🙂

Now to plan out my training for the next few months … sigh. Planning not my forte.
