Except instead of my decadently delicious but healthy, we have straight-up low-calorie but STILL delicious and healthy cabbage soup in a tomato base!
Paleo Low-Cal Cabbage Recipe:
2 cans stewed/chopped/diced tomatoes
4 cups chicken broth
onions (I used a whole bag of frozen)
1/2 head cabbage
1 bunch swiss chard
garlic
seasonings to taste
Directions:
Bring everything to a boil, simmer for 10-30 minutes.
Easiest low-cal soup evah.
