How lucky am I? This workout came out yesterday:
SUNDAY 110515
Three rounds for time of:
95 pound Front squat, 21 reps
Handstand walk 40 feet
30 Glute-ham sit-ups
Handstand walk 40 feet
I took it outside to Nature’s Garage Gym, where there’s some construction going on right now. Lo and behold, look what I found!
That’s 60 pounds of quikcrete. For someone who needs something to weigh down her 65# front squat, this is a treasure! It’s even long and tube shaped, much easier to hold than a rock.
I also began to think of the other possibilities … sandbag runs … power cleans … so much more fun stuff for my BlissFits boot camp to do!
Back to the workout, I clearly don’t have a GHD out there, so I just did regular situps. And I can only handstand walk about three “steps” so that 40 feet is LOOOOOONG!
I am really glad to have the consistency of .com workouts. And a beautiful Nature’s Garage Gym that just keeps offering new, fun equipment to play with! 🙂
