I declared 2015 the year of openness, but so far I haven’t been all that good at making space. Sometimes it’s hard, because there’s so much we want to DO, that we pack it all in and forget that we can’t enjoy all the things without some breathing room around them.
Earlier this week, we announced a change to the DailyHap structure that is going to free up some brain space and time for me, which I am very excited about.
I’ve had a strained quad from trying out for too many football teams, so I haven’t been working out as frequently or doing yoga, which has given me space and time. More walks on the beach just being is excellent for mind, body, and soul.
There are still areas I need to make more space. But I’m working on it. (Mental, emotional, physical) space creates (mental, emotional, physical) openness.
