CrossFitters love to Lift Heavy Things. But when you haven’t lifted anything in almost a month, lifting light things feels JUST AS GOOD. Yes, that’s right, I got to lift light things today!!!

So happy! I got to lift light things, and it was super light and easy and the shoulder is a little ache-y but it doesn’t HURT!! Whoohoo!!

Untimed, just skill work. Wish I could have worked on ring dips for reals, but it was great just to be able to do anything, and I didn’t want to push it too hard 🙂
