THANK GOODNESS FOR THE OUTSIDE.
It’s hot, it’s humid, it’s stormy, it’s clear, who cares, I’m restless and need to be outside! This past week was marked by great outdoor adventures, lots of things I’m grateful for, and some intense career and emotional work that will hopefully lead me to more peace 🙂
Pedernales Falls State Park, turns out, is great for floating down and paddling back up on your inflatable SUP you weren’t sure you wanted but now love with your whole heart.
Mother’s Day Progressive Party – Family doing backyard King yoga at mine, amazing backyard brunch from Lenoir at the neighbro’s, Last Dance MJ documentary at parents’ house… so much fun, and the perfect celebration of a wonderful mama who has always dreamt of this for her fam!

And last but not least, my most popular instagram story ever … when I took a hip hop dance class and posted the subsequent video of myself performing our dance, it got more responses than I’ve ever gotten, all hilarious and I think everyone was laughing WITH me … right?!
