I had a lovely time eating today. I don’t expect to be this food-obsessed in the future, but it was nice to play with how much fat and food I could eat. I did get MUCH fuller MUCH faster, so I didn’t eat THAT much.
Breakfast (10am): leftover kebab meat and spinach cooked in raw grassfed butter, piece beef jerky
Lunch (2p): beef jerky, 2 tbsp almond butter
Snack (4p): celery + 2 tbsp almond butter, mixed salad with truffle olive oil, 3 pieces beef jerky
Snack (6p): 2 tbsp almond butter (I bought a new kind, raw and fresh-ground at the grocery store downstairs … I could NOT stop eating it)
Gym (7p): squats, pushups, rotations; 30-20-10 40# KB swings and walking lunges; 3-6×3 press + OH sqaut 75-80-85
Dinner (8:45p): PIZZA!!!!!!! Crust (flax meal, coconut meal, 2 eggs, olive oil), tomato sauce, and kale blended with fresh-grated mozzarella, topped with parmesan. I ate half the pizza, and that was too much but it was just SO GOOD! Normally I would have eaten the whole thing.
I also don’t normally use that much cheese on my primal pizzas. I was trying to mimic the Mangia Spinach pizza that is my favorite favorite favorite pizza in the whole wide world. That is and this is a treat pizza for sure!
Here’s to strict Primal Eating for the next 20 days! (Paleo plus dairy, but no root veggies, and no alcohol)
Also, don’t worry, I won’t be food logging for the next 20 days … this is the part where you don’t have to count! 🙂
