Well, I weighed in the same as yesterday. I look and feel good but cannot break this weight!! UGH!!
You have to take the last three days off from taking HCG, and I took it this morning, so I’m at least extending an extra day. Will see how I feel, if I feel like I’m close enough to my goal to stop.
Breakfast (11a): coffee. super hungry. 1/2 cup raspberries.
Snack (noon): still hungry. leftover zucchini soup.
Lunch (1p): Zucchini sauteed with 3.5 ounces ground beef + roasted brussels sprouts
Dinner (8p): That Ripped Guy of Mine(TM) wanted birthday dinner at Sushi Ya Go Go, so we went and I was worried about what I could eat, but I had some of the best sushi! Check out the riceless El Jebel Roll:
I also had some delicious white tuna sushi which the chef placed over scallion rice … what a great idea! I, of course, didn’t eat the scallion rice, but I love the creativity, and it added pizazz to the fish.
I could not stop talking about how awesome my tuna and riceless roll were and That Ripped Guy of Mine(TM) said, “Do you think this diet is going to make you appreciate food more?”
Maybe so. Think I’m going to keep continuing.
