Weighed the same as yesterday. Trying to stay positive, and my mom was really helpful, noting that it seems that my body often loses weight slowly but suddenly, like a week of eating clean and I’ll suddenly be 5 pounds lighter, not gradually over the course of the week. So if I don’t lose any more weight in the next couple of days, THEN I’ll start to worry. 🙂
I had a weird day of eating yesterday. I ate too much at lunch and felt weird the rest of the day.
Breakfast: coffee
Lunch (2p): Spinach salad with 2.6 ounces tuna, apple … still felt hungry so had a fiber drink
Snack (7p): roasted brussel sprouts
Dinner (10p): “curry” that was just horrible. I tried using my favorite red curry paste with veggie broth instead of coconut milk … yuck. I then used halibut as the whitefish … double yuck! Halibut is made to be eaten by itself with butter, lemon, and salt and pepper. It is not made to flake into faux curry. It was overall a bummer dinner.
