11 days of restricted eating down, 10 more to go!
Took a day off from exercise, finally (although I did walk the dog for about an hour), and wasn’t as hungry. Forgot to take the drops until about 1pm. Was thrilled to make spaghetti for dinner with my Miracle Noodles and ate very little but was very full. Wow!
Lunch (2:30p): salad with albacore tuna and leftover scallop
Snack (5p): apple
Dinner(7p): 1 yellow squash; miracle noodles with tomato sauce and spices and 3.5 ounces ground beef; brussel sprouts
Feeling fine, but kinda like I wish this was over. But I can’t really decide what I’d eat if this was. Not feeling particularly skinny, hoping that’s still the weekend ski weight hangover and I’ll be lean tomorrow. Down 1 pound at this morning’s weigh-in.
