HCG Diet Day 10

Torture = Cooking Paleo Pad Thai for your friends, and roasting brussel sprouts and measuring out packaged crab for yourself. Not that the later wasn’t delicious, but it was a true test of resilience to cook with forbidden ingredients. I couldn’t even like a finger or a spoon with peanut butter. Le sigh.

Today was sort of tough, because I was skiing all day and started to get muscle cramps, which they say can happen on hcg. I also felt more tired than usual, which was a bummer.

Breakfast: Cabbage soup for breakfast was yum but weird at 8am.

Lunch: Greens, cucumber, peppers and ahi tuna at an on-mountain restaurant. No biggie.

Snack: Mineral water and apple while friends enjoy beers in the hot tub.

Dinner: Aforementioned brussel sprouts and crab.

Still hungry: fiber shake. Then I felt full.
