Nashville is an awesome town, and the group of girls I stormed it with even better.
Nashville as a trip was completely unexpected—when someone asks if I want to go somewhere I’ve never been with people I mostly don’t know but it’s pretty cheap and already planned, I will always say yes. So I had little expectation of the town or the girls but was blown away by both. What. A. Weekend.

I can’t describe the fun of becoming Germantown locals with our local watering hole Mother’s Ruin to football Sunday at Neighbors to dance parties at the house to two absolutely ridiculously delicious dinners to making lots of new friends to a fantastic tailgate crew back to full circling at Mother’s Ruin …
… and then I got to meet my boss! He said the interview went well 😉
Other things I’m grateful for: a new type of food that Nali LOVES and makes her super energetic (hilarious when I forget to feed her until late at night), my job one million times over, my Drinking & Knowing Things wine recommendations, Bfree, Regymen, my leaf blower, and the cowboy pool even if it took a lot of maintenance this week.
Also this bromance quote, about me complaining about needing to pack: “You’ll be fine. You always show up with a t-shirt and a toothbrush. And pull it off.”
With that, I’m off in a backpack for the traitor game of the year!
