While you’re cooking your full of food food, make sure you use a cast iron pan. It is the best. I was also clueless abut them and wish I had read Cast Iron Pans: How to Use, Season, Clean, Etc. before I started using mine and asphyxiating myself on an un-seasoned pan that smoked too much. Also, making paleo tortillas. More asphyxiation. Less tortilla.
