A Flip-Flop Week | Feel Good Friday 100716

But I don’t wear flip-flops.

Last week I wrote about putting too much  identity pressure on myself for sports and fitness. This week, I (actually kind of accidentally) focused on activities that aren’t fitness and … drumroll … ONLY WENT TO THE GYM ONCE. Whoa!

But it was still a busy, jam-packed week with a weekend wilderness adventure, sunset birthday celebration, boss babe dinner party, massage, sports games (they were already scheduled!), and my former roomie hitting town for a long weekend today.

Grateful for allllll the activities.
