This month, it’s my terrible ankle mobility and tight calves causing hamstring and achilles pain. Last month it was my SI joint near-constantly hurting. As the super active people I’m sure all readers of this blog are, we can always use rehab and exercises that don’t take forever and actually work.
Enter Smashwerx. Dr. Trevor Bachmeyer posts shit-tons of free content on his instagram, youtube, and facebook pages, and it actually works. This one video literally eliminated my SI joint pain in one sesh. I now do some or most of these exercises after nearly every workout, and have NO pain. HOLY COW!
I follow this one for my Achilles pain—it has helped but hasn’t been quite as effective as the miracle video mentioned above.
