Feel Good Friday is a gratitude list I write each Friday—it gives me an opportunity to practice thankfulness as well as share some fun pictures in what has become kind of a week recap. That said, I am currently considering how to do it in 2015 … is this the best format? What else could I do to grow my gratitude practice? Ideas, suggestions, comments welcome!
