COLD WEATHER!! Snuggly shoes and wrap cardigans and big blankets and hunkering down and even though it was short-lived, false first winter makes me so happy!
Halloween was HILARIOUS this week… first we were couple of skeletons at a very fun party where I got to spend good time catching up with friends. Then, Halloween night, I came home to a ridiculous, scary clown turning our front yard into a crime scene and scaring children with a (chainless) chainsaw. I stood in the front yard drinking wine and laughing at this new side of the man I am set to marry. I am so grateful for the surprise and delight in our relationship.
I am grateful for the A R I Z O N A show! New friends everywhere, happy bops and loads of dancing, and staying up too late.
I am grateful I got to do yoga in the backyard today, breeze blowing and sun shining in our 70-degree day.
I am grateful it’s soup season! Even if it’s not exactly chilly anymore today, it is still soup szn.
I am grateful for latte a la dada and a VERY fun errand with my mama.
I am grateful for my amazing aunts, who make me feel loved and spoiled and special, and I am very lucky to be so close to them.
I am grateful for an upcoming weekend of few plans, so I can rest and recharge and spend time alone. That whole introverted extrovert situation rearing its head, y’know. And trying to get back to wanting to be who I am.
