This baby, found on the Banza website, is basically me. For as long as I’ve been able to eat it, I’ve LOVED pasta. After Paleo-ing for many many years, I don’t eat much pasta (but if it’s homemade, OH PLEASE I’M EATING ALLLLL OF IT), so I was pretty thrilled to find a pasta with only four (non-wheat/grain) ingredients: chickpeas, tapioca, pea protein, xanthan gum. No, chickpeas are not paleo, no, I don’t care.
I still don’t eat it every day, but I do indulge in this pasta a couple times a month. I find it locally at Sprouts, and it’s not cheap at around $4.50 a box, but it goes on sale pretty regularly. I love it with butter and parm. I love it with veggies and tomato sauce. I love it all by itself.
