Day 24 HCG Diet: Almost There!

This morning I weighed the same as yesterday. Looks like this is the number to keep! Once I’m done with the HCG Phase, I have to maintain within 2 pounds of this number or I have to do something to fix it.

Shoutout to hellojody.com, a blog by a woman who is now doing the HCG diet for the FIFTH time. I wish I had read about her experiences before jumping in with my own, it would have been very helpful! I don’t experientially agree with everything she says, nor do my doctors, but it’s great to have her info.

Breakfast (1p): Italian veggie soup + kebab steak (dinner leftovers)

Snack (3p): small apple

Clean house, then walk around town, buy a new bookshelf! Yay!

Snack (6p): 4 stalks celery with Jack Daniels mustard

Dinner (7p): LOVED this dish:

Seabass and Cabbage dinner on HCG diet

Recipe: It’s thinly-sliced cabbage, leeks, mushrooms, and garlic steam-sauteed in chicken broth with a touch of himalayan salt, plus seabass filets with citrus pepper and himalyan salt. It’s like a more delicious noodle dish, and SO easy.

Snack (8p): small apple

Early to bed … energy is still so unbelievably low. Bummer.
