Weighed the same this morning. Cannot break this one number. Going to keep continuing until I do!
Breakfast (11a): small apple
Lunch (2p): salad, orange bell pepper, 1/2 bunch kale, 3.5 ounces chicken
Snack (5p): went to happy hour at a place where they have incredible fresh-squeezed grapefruit juice. Ordered a small glass, SO DELICIOUS.
Snack (6:30p): salad w/ new amazing dressing I invented that’s just a mix of mustard, balsamic vinegar, and water!
… accidentally ended up hanging out with friends without eating dinner until 11:30p: portabella mushrooms stuffed with crab claw meat, onions, and red chard. I’m really getting used to saute steaming with chicken broth, but I definitely couldn’t do it without my trusty cast iron skillet!
Hanging out at the bar and not drinking was NOT a big deal, but I wish I had a chance to eat dinner! My energy levels were pretty low, felt very drained and tired despite having slept 8 1/2 hours the night before.
