Weight is sitting at the same it has been for the past four days. Boo! BUT stomach looks flatter, so it’s ok. I think.
Breakfast (noon): Steak and eggs for breakfast! Coffee + zucchini, 1/2 bunch kale steam sauteed with two ounces steak and two egg whites. Also a few bites of my homemade coleslaw, which is just shredded cabbage with apple cider vinegar and mustard (check labels to make sure there’s no sugar added, I used an Annie’s mustard). Small honeycrisp apple.
1-5p Snowmobiling + snowboarding
Snack (6:30p): Cole slaw
Dinner (7:30p): Holy yum! Noodles! 1/4 onion, 2 handfuls chopped spinach, lots of spices and garlic salt, steak chopped small, miracle noodles, all sauteed together to make this deliciousness:
The green puddle on the left is the remainder of my failed zucchini hummus without tahini mixed with vegetable broth, citrus pepper, and himalayan sea salt and served hot. MUCH better!
Confession (8p): Still hungry, ate another bag of miracle noodles, heated with garlic salt and Italian steak seasoning. So good.
Also. SO THIRSTY today. Been extra thirsty on this diet, and I drink tons of water by habit. Must drink more!!
