My dad clipped an article out of the newspaper and brought it over to my house when Cowboy Pools launched during the early months of the pandemic this year. A few months later, they released the Cowgirl Pool, the polyurethane version with slightly sloped sides (way more comfy for sitting), and I had my pool installed within a few days.
I’ve always wanted a backyard party pool, so this is the perfect fit. Everything is turnkey: they set it all up for you and show you how to maintain it. You can also buy biweekly maintenance from them.
This pool has been a backyard gamechanger for my entertaining enjoyment. Late nights, lazy afternoons, post-workout dips—this pool is getting some use. And it also just looks damn good (love that water feature sound too)!
And then the addition of the heater just took it over the top to a hot pool … I’m still working on how to keep it hot overnight, but it is absolutely fantastic for Fall evening soaking. The first heat took the water from 52 to 102 and took three propane tanks, but I’ve been able to refine the process from there where it takes just about 2/3 of a tank to get the water hot-tub-hot. Propane Taxi is an amazing help for this—they dropoff and swap tanks for you ($10 first tank with this link)!
