- PELOTON IS HERE. I have taken 3 rides. I HATE it every time during, and love it every time I get off. Cardio, yo!
- I love BFree’s Digital Studio.
- Trying a new workout via Zoom called 1WRKOUT. It utilizes “time under tension” to the hypnotic beat of a metronome by celebrity personal trainer Nick Houndslow. Sounds wacky but worth trying; join me this Saturday at noon central: click here to register.

- The Steak-umm twitter account is back and I am here for it. If you missed it, early in the pandemic they basically broke the internet for posting in a funny way very serious commentary on data sourcing and making sure you check your facts. A true model for corporate social media: have a voice.
- Window Swap. Wildly addictive… you just look out someone else’s window, somewhere else in the world.
- Y’all THIS IS MY FRIEND!! (the upper righthand heart) I cannot wait to watch her date on reality TV!!!!! All 8 eps are live on Netflix today!
