The “Choose 3” situation is also fitting for today. ZT coached our class and chose 3 awesome things for our 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 WOD:
95# Thrusters (this is heavy and you’ll remember I knocked a tooth loose the last time I did thrusters)
30 inch box jumps (yep, that says 30)
1 rope ascent (I was wearing short shorts–per usual–so to avoid rubbing my inner thighs raw, I subbed same rep scheme ring dips in)
Loved it. It’s a longer WOD, but with the heavy thrusters and high box jumps, it’s slow and steady, intense but not gut-wrenching.
**Interesting … as I was looking for the tooth post, I came across a post saying I was sick 2/23. Today is 3/23, and I developed drainage and a horrible runny nose which I attributed to my mom’s cat and officemate’s dog … perhaps I just get sick on the 23rd of every month?? This is a horrible trend!!
