- Need a 30-minute yoga class? Aditi Shah’s Peloton classes are great—creative flows, fun postures, quick and dirty. I took this one on a hectic morning and loved how it reset my day.
Work It
- In the land of Zoom fatigue and back-to-back-to-back meetings, we’re missing out on Cognitive Transitions—walking from a conference room to desk, driving from coffee shop to home, a light water cooler chat—where your brain can move from one task/project/focus area to another. So we have to build in new ways to get this unstructured thinking time …
- … one of which is Interstitial Journaling which sounds fascinating if not tedious. I think I’m going to try it this week!

- One of my fave clean beauty brands, Kosas is 20% off (they never go more on sale than that). I love their lipsticks and deodorant; I ordered the 10-second eyeshadow to try from this sale. I loved their face oil when I lived in Cali, but it does not stay put in sweaty Texas; I’m not a huge fan of their concealer.
- I got a lil sample bottle at Costco and now I am obsessed with Belfour Bourbon Whiskey. Too bad it’s $75 for each gorgeous art deco bottle! But that Texas pecan wood finish … so delicious.
