150 burpees? That’s a workout in itself!
… I gave myself permission to quit after two rounds, because the gym was closing down and I didn’t want to do this workout anyway and who combines the four most cardio-est moves in CrossFit into one workout anyway? and I’m worried about my knee and I needed to take the dog out and whatever—but obviously I couldn’t quit after two rounds. I would have had to ‘fess up here, and that would have sucked potentially more than finishing the workout. So I rowed, burpeed, jumped, and ran the final round. Was it earth-shattering and did it make me a better person? NO. It sucked. But I did it.
Maybe it’s why I thought The Naked CrossFitter blog was SO unbelievably hilarious yesterday. @stephensurefire sent me the link, and I literally could not rip my eyes away from the screen and his witty, CrossFit-bashing, self-deprecating humor until I had read the latest 23 posts.
