Someone is a little disconcerted by all the buzz around moving, but ultimately she’s happy in this new spot. And hey, if puppy is happy, I’m happy, because I couldn’t be more grateful for this dog.
My parents being here this past weekend kicked my butt into gear and I have been on super home-decor missions ever since. Hello, pinterest, you’ve been helpful. Turns out my Home / Someday board had some enlightening things to share with me, namely that while I LOVE color, I crave a white, serene sanctuary for a bedroom. Starts with this bed setup as pictured, but I couldn’t give up small pops of color. We’ll see how long those silly orange pillowcases last. I’ll post more pics when I get the curtains I’m looking for.
While we’re talking about pinteresting projects, how great is it to have all my (paleoish) baking supplies in ball jars?! Uniformity is an excellent thing in a cabinet. And regular dry-erase markers are perfect for labeling—no one wants to accidentlly mix up garbanzo and coconut flour!
Really grateful to be settled back into a home … so much so that I’m having a lil Motel Liberation celebration!
