I’m traveling today, back to the A for ACL and a lil EndlessBeauty.com face time, and you better believe I’ll be doing my mobility WOD on the plane!
Another thing he mentions here that I find absolutely crucial to travel (since I fly at least 4 flights a month these days) is drinking water. Not only because flying dehyrdates, but because having to pee forces you to get up and walk around. This is essential to travel survive. Drink tons of water. Pee a lot. Win!
And do this mobility WOD. That Ripped Guy of Mine(TM) will actually be on this flight with me, and I’m always an aisle seat, so I don’t have to worry about too many weird looks from neighboring passengers!
