Ah, the month of noobs curling in squat racks and #Whole30s ruining happy hours everywhere … kidding, I’m all for anyone getting their resolution on for however long they can—something is better than nothing and all that. I don’t do resolutions other than declaring my year’s intention, but I did sign up for a few “challenges” this month. It’s not too late to do these two easy challenges, so join me!
Dedicate: Yoga with Adriene
I do yoga challenges all the time, yes, but this one is a little different—focused as much on meditation as the practice of yoga. The first couple of days are longer sessions, but most are around 20 minutes, which is a great start to the day. My goal is to start each day with yoga, either these videos or in the studio.
