I am crushing it… even though for most of the year I forgot about this list. Seems it was a truly good one to pursue. Here’s how it went:
3 BIG THINGS
- Kick ass at new job OH YEAH
- Unfurl this heart Um, actually, yeah … single much of the year but still managing to unfurl
- Save $$ for Tahoe condo Ehh some house improvements here impeded some of this progress but we’ll keep it on the list for next year
7 lil things
- Make Nali a ramp for the bed check
- Slowly build home gym check
- Pelo every day (lol *as much as possible) check-ish: I gave up on the pelo when I got to go back to group fitness (regymen & boxing) and sports (vb & football), because I truly prefer those things
- Yoga every day (lol *more than pelo but still only as much as possible) check
- Create every week—art, write, draw, pod, whatever check
- Be gentle to/with myself check
- Find my off button (moderation) heck—still need work on this one
Tomorrow is my birthday, so be on the lookout for the 38 before 38 list!
